Flowcrete UK is excited to announce the launch of its brand new elastic hybrid sealant product, which is due to hit the shelves later this month.
The new floor joint sealant is compatible for use with Flowcrete systems and has many benefits over the traditional polysulphide joint sealant products on the market.
Flowcrete’s UK’s sealant has a faster cure time than alternative systems, speeding up the installation process and providing a trafficable floor earlier than normal.
The non-hazardous nature of its ingredients makes for easy installations and its impressive 25% movement accommodation and greater UV resistance means that it will be able to withstand significant forklift traffic and the abuses of large-scale industrial environments.
The product will be available for purchase from January 2015 – meaning that very soon you’ll no longer have to worry about getting your floor coating and joint sealant from different places!

What colours will the product be available in?

Is this product compliant for SQF for food production in the US?
Hi Mike – in the US we manufacture a range of flooring systems and specialty products, which have been designed in line with the HACCP’s principles of active managerial control.
We have removed phthalates from our systems and incorporated an antimicrobial additive in order to attain control over food borne illness risk factors.
