Flowcrete Americas Enjoys Most Successful World Of Concrete Show In Company History

Last week’s World of Concrete event, hosted at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the USA’s iconic Sin City, represented Flowcrete Americas’ most successful outing at the annual concrete and masonry show to date.

The show, which is thought to have attracted upwards of 60,000 attendees as well as 1,500 exhibiting companies is the largest event of its kind in the world and as such has proved powerful bait over the last decade and a half in drawing together organizations working across the entire spectrum of the global construction sector.

From the South Hall – just one of three of the Convention Center’s exhibiting spaces – Flowcrete Americas showcased a wide range of the company’s self-levelling and trowel applied protective polymer flooring systems.

A standout crowd pleaser with coatings applicators and flooring contractors in town for the show was the company’s Flowshield Quartz system – this pigmented self-levelling epoxy floor system contains decorative quartz beads, which rise to the top of the resin matrix during cure to deliver a unique, chemical resistant and easily cleaned finish, unparalleled by other manufacturers.

Another draw was the recently launched Flowtallics system – a UV resistant and metallic pigmented polyurea system that can be installed in multiple colors and tones to deliver a one-of-a-kind floor finish for use in public venues and other commercial settings.

Throughout the 4-day event, Flowcrete Americas welcomed visitors and customers from over 40 countries on its high-rise booth – designed and installed by Visual Communications.

Highlights away from the Flowcrete Americas booth included a gruelling hour-long brick-laying challenge, the world’s largest trowel, a plethora of outdoor exhibits and equipment as well as an endless carpet of new sustainable innovations designed to improve, streamline and rationalize construction operations.

A Hospitality & Drinks Reception hosted by Flowcrete Americas at The Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Paris Las Vegas provided a spectacular crescendo to the week’s events.

Overlooking the iconic Fountains of Bellagio, customers from the US, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Europe and the Caucasus toasted their on-going business collaboration and partnership with Flowcrete Americas over champagne, cocktails and delicious canapés.
